I was so glad that I found this place so I could stop in twice on my way through Lexington. Super nice people and delicious food awaited me. The beer batter burger is a one-if-a-kind delicious creation that I loved. The biscuits and gravy hit that part of my taste buds and brain exactly like I wanted it to. I don't doubt for a second that anyone would love this place, vegan or omnivore. I even got some great recommendations for when I can get back to Lexington the next time.

A beautiful atmosphere paired with some of the most delicious vegan meals I've ever had. The menu offers a wide variety of options that impressed me so much, I’d happily make the drive from Michigan again just to eat here. The prices are fair, the portions generous, and the staff was outstanding. Highly recommended!

While in Lexington we knew we had to stop in here and it was even better than expected! We ordered the biscuits and sausage and split a breakfast burrito in the cafe. The biscuits were so soft and fluffy with a wonderful buttery taste and flaky salt on top. Loved the use of sweet potatoes in the burrito. We also got a to-go order of wings from the truck outside. (Due to the older building/codes, frying has to be done outside in the food truck). We chose the Caribbean jerk (nice flavorable spice) and honey barbecue sauce (sweet and smoky). Both were 10/10. It was actually hard to select since there were so many options! Interesting fact: the "bone" is sugar cane and edible.

My wife and I have enjoyed Moody Mike's food for years! First as a food truck and now they have four walls to go with their great food. Honestly, I'm not a vegan, but I will go out of my way to eat at Moody Mike's. It's great to have somewhere I can take my vegan friends where none of us are struggling to find good food that meets our dietary requirements/tastes! Highly recommend!

We were staying in Lexington for a long weekend (as we live about three hours away). On our second day, we went to Moody Mike’s. We kicked ourselves for not going the first day, but then returned on the third and last day of the trip! It is THAT FREAKING GOOD!!!!!! The food is so delicious that we barely got pictures of the food we ordered two days in a row. We definitely got enough to have leftovers both days, and the leftovers ate nicely as well. Among our orders, we tried Totchos, which surprisingly stayed nice and crispy, Chopped Cheese (yum!), Chicken Sando, Wings, the Buffalo Chicken Fries Special, an Oatmeal Cream Pie (bigger than my hand), and the Cheeseburger Egg rolls that I have dreamed about since the day I tried them. On top of the food being absolutely amazing, the service was INCREDIBLE, with the owners being so kind, courteous, and professional. We are sad that we do not live closer because we would be stopping there multiple times a week for this delicious food!

And now I see that Moody Mike's is actually a separate listing from the bike shop next door. So, let me reiterate that yes, the breakfast burrito was really good! And since you are in Lexington KY, you must try Ale8 soda, since it's impossible to find anywhere else!

I had never been to this location and it was very easy to find and very comfortable and welcoming inside. If I lived closer this would be a great hang out or coffee shop. The Barista, Mina, was very nice, answered all my questions easily and fixed me some delicious sandwiches to go! The breakfast burrito was my favorite, then the sausage egg and cheese and lastly the bacon egg and cheese. Vegan bacon is not usually my favorite, but I wanted to try it anyway. I wasn't a big non-vegan bacon eater before so that's probably part to do with it. I had not had a biscuit I could eat in a long time, and these were both fluffy and delicious for the sandwiches. So good I thought I would try the biscuits and gravy next time I went. Everything was reasonably priced averaging 5 per item, and it only took a few minutes to make. The only thing I think I would like would be if there were sides to go with the sandwiches, maybe breakfast potatoes, or berries/fruit? Thanks for delicious vegan food!

What a gem! So many different sandwich options I'm not used to having as a vegetarian . You get SO many fries . Super good prices! There is a bathroom you can use in the cafe building, and they will bring your food out from the truck to where you're sitting inside or outside!
